These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and [Company legal name] ("we", "us", "no404"), the operator of the no404 service available at https://no404.tr. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

no404 is a software-as-a-service application that monitors 404 (page not found) traffic on websites you own and redirects visitors to the closest matching valid URL from your site's own catalog. The service works by:

  • connecting to your Google Search Console account (read-only) to confirm that you are a verified owner of the website you add;
  • importing the URLs listed in a sitemap you have submitted to Search Console;
  • receiving requests from a small snippet you install on your 404 page and returning a suggested destination URL.

We provide the service on an ongoing subscription basis. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email address] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Website ownership requirement

You may only add websites that you own or are authorised to manage. Ownership is verified through Google Search Console: only properties on which your Google account holds siteOwner or siteFullUser permission can be added. Attempting to circumvent this verification is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Plans, fees and billing

  • All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing period you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Plan limits (number of websites, monthly events, catalog URLs, data retention) apply to your subscription. Monthly usage quotas reset monthly regardless of whether you are billed monthly or annually.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment succeeds.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. A free plan is available so that you can evaluate the service before paying.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • add or monitor a website you do not own or control;
  • use the service to send unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content;
  • probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
  • exceed, circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or origin restrictions;
  • resell or make the service available to third parties as your own product without our written consent;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service.

7. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you submit ("Customer Data"), including your website URLs, catalog entries and 404 event records. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, including Google (Search Console API and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Your use of Google Search Console remains subject to Google's own terms.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may cause downtime. Support is provided by email at [support email address].

10. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks, is and remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Automatic URL matching is heuristic; we do not warrant that any particular redirect suggestion is correct, and you are responsible for reviewing redirects that matter to your business.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, SEARCH RANKINGS OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your websites, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if your use threatens the security or stability of the service, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. On termination, your Customer Data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention periods.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State, Country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in [State, Country] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
