Refund & Cancellation Policy
Son güncelleme: 2 Eylül 2026
TürkçeEffective date: September 1, 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions to no404, operated by [Company legal name], are cancelled and when payments are refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before you subscribe.
1. Summary
- A free plan is available so you can evaluate the service before paying.
- You can cancel at any time, directly from your account.
- Paid fees are non-refundable, except in the specific cases listed in section 5.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current period.
2. Try before you pay
Every account starts on the free plan, which includes one website and a monthly event allowance. The free plan is not time-limited. We recommend confirming that no404 works with your website on the free plan before upgrading, because paid fees are not refundable.
3. Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance in USD for the period you choose (monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe. You will be charged the price shown at checkout for your plan and billing period.
4. How to cancel
- Sign in and open Panel → Settings → Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
- You will receive a confirmation by email.
If you cannot access your account, email [support email address] from the address registered on the account and we will cancel it for you.
What happens after cancelling: your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the account moves to the free plan and free-plan limits apply. Data beyond the free plan's retention window is deleted according to our retention rules. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period.
5. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable. We will, however, issue a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same period.
- Incorrect amount — you were charged an amount other than the price applicable to your plan and billing period.
- Charge after cancellation — a renewal was taken after you had already cancelled.
- Prolonged unavailability — a confirmed fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for an extended period during a term you paid for.
- Where a refund is required by applicable law, including any statutory withdrawal right in your jurisdiction.
To request a refund under this section, email [support email address] within 60 days of the charge, including the charge date, amount and the account email address. We review requests within 5 business days and, when approved, refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit.
6. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged at the time of the upgrade. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period; the difference for the current period is not refunded.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If payment still cannot be collected, paid features are suspended and the account is moved to the free plan. Your data is retained according to the free plan's retention window.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few days. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
